These days a lot of Emirati women work and have a family. There are different types of working available for women in the government and private sectors. There are advantages and disadvantages for women who work and have family at the same time.
There are many good points for women who work and have a family, especially for society. Firstly they can earn extra money to help their family and the economy of their country. Furthermore if they work they will have experience and they will develop personally. Women have a lot of skills and talents and they can use them. This is means that is more productive.
On the other hand there are a few disadvantages to women working. First of all may not be able to women to spend time with their family and it may be difficult for her. Secondly some people do not allow women to work with men in the same places or the same officers.
Finally my opinion the woman has voice to say what they want. Also there are some careers women can do better than men. I would like to be a TV presenter in the future and I don’t have any problem whether I work and have a family at the same time.
